I have a small suggestion that might help encourage new users. I'm coming at this from the perspective of evaluating the software, especially the unique functionality around chart work.

At present, the base map is very high scale, and doesn't allow zooming in very far. This means that any attempt to play with charting function is either impossibly cluttered, or needs to be performed with unrealistic distances.

It would be great if there were an evaluation chart that could be zoomed into to typical levels of zoom. This could be a real chart, access to a single satellite chart, or even just a higher res (but not necessarily more detailed) base map.

At the moment, I feel that in "evaluation mode" these features are not being shown in their best light.

PS I'm looking forward to the upcoming Android version. Is the intention that any chart subscriptions can be transferred between devices and OSs?
