Hi Andy,
There are a few different ways you can hide and manage waypoints:
- Uncheck 'Show Waypoints' in the chart view menu will hide all waypoints
- If you have multiple routes, you can set 'Hide waypoints when inactive' in Settings. This will hide any waypoints that are part of a non-active route
- You can also export and import waypoints (and routes) so that you could keep different sets on file, then import them when you need them.
If you go for option 3, I recommend saving them all first (Extras: Chart data: Backup), then deleting the ones that you don't want, exporting the remainder into a set, then deleting them all before restoring from backup and repeating the process.
